Questions & Forms /  Warrants

How can I clear up a warrant?

  • If your warrant is for non-payment of fines, you can appear at the courthouse during normal business hours and pay the fines and/or fees to clear up that warrant.
  • If the warrant is for some reason other than fine/fee payments, you can turn yourself into the Amherst Police Department. However, you may contact the Court at (716) 689-4201 in order to determine the best time to do so and to address any questions you may have.
