Game Room machines must be licensed. Fees are $200.00 for 1 to 5 machines and $40.00 per machine for every additional machine. Contact the Town Clerk's Office for more information.

NYSDOT to present on two projects

The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) will present on two projects at 4 PM Monday, Nov. 10 at Town Hall, 5583 Main Street. The first is plans for a drainage improvement project along the I-990 that will impact the traveling public in the Town of Amherst. The second is a pavement rehabilitation project on Millersport Highway from Flint Road to Campbell Blvd. See attachment for additional information.
