Senior Transportation Services Survey & Results
The following survey was conducted to measure satisfaction with the Senior Transportation Services provided by the Amherst Senior Services department. The survey instrument and results follow.

Respondents were asked to please answer the following questions by using a scale of 1 - 5. Using the guide below.
1 = Poor
2 = Avg
3 = Good
4 = Very Good

5.) Is your driver helpful in assisting you off and on the van? (Avg response: 4.74)
6.) Is the van clean and in good working condition? (Avg response: 4.63)
7.) Do you find the rates you are charged for the service to be fair? (Avg response: 4.78)
8.) Are you returned from your trip in a prompt and courteous manner? (Avg response: 4.67)
