Amherst Highway Superintendent Patrick Lucey is announcing that the Town Highway Department scheduled 60 roads for paving in 2022 which equates to over 20 lane miles. Some of the roads to be paved are Andover, Birdsong Cir., Boundbrook Ct., Brian Ave., Britannia Dr., Dann, Emerald, Exeter, Ironwood, Jack, Knollwood, Laurel, Lemay Ct., Pinebrook, Quantico, Renaissance, Rollingwood, Teakwood. This is only a partial list of roads, external factors such as weather conditions and the rising cost of fuel and asphalt will determine how many roads can be completed.
