A Fireworks Permit Application must be completed and presented to the Town Clerk's Office. There is a $150.00 fee per application.
A diagram of the grounds on which the fireworks display is to be held must be attached to the application. This diagram should show the point at which the fireworks are to be discharged, the location of all buildings, highways, and other lines of communication, the lines behind which spectators will be restrained, and the location of all nearby trees, telephone lines and other overhead obstructions.
The application must also include a bond or policy of public liability insurance with a limit of $3,000,000 for personal injuries and a limit of $1,000,000 for property damage. Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance is also required.
