Town Clerk Services /  Games of Chance

Games of Chance include Bell Jar, Raffles and Monte Carlo nights.

Complete the following forms in triplicate and submit to the Town Clerk's Office a minimum of 30 days prior to event with the $25.00 application fee:

  • GC-2
  • GC-2A
  • GC-2B
  • Schedule 4
  • Schedule 7

  • Click on "Charitable Gaming" at the bottom of the Home Page
  • Next click "Forms"

The Amherst Police Department reviews the applications. Upon approval, a license for the event will be issued and must be displayed at the event. The State of New York governs the rules and regulations for Games of Chance.
